Glasshouse Media was founded in 2011 with one simple idea - Real Estate Agents shouldn't be worrying about content production. Our CEO came from a Real Estate background, and realized quickly that there was a need for the service we've grown to provide. Our first year, we worked for about 20 agents - in 2018, we've worked with over 2000. We've been in nearly every city & town in Massachusetts, and we're quickly crossing places off our list from Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Connecticut. As our team has grown, we've gone from offering only basic photography services for realtors to a full multimedia production company, servicing a number of corporate clients as well as real estate agents all over New England. Whichever your market, whatever your industry, Glasshouse Media is committed to cultivating relationships with real estate and corporate clients by creating high quality, affordable and consistent digital media content, and on providing the exceptional customer service experience our clients deserve.

While we don't work exclusively in Real Estate content, we certainly specialize in it. We understand the pace of real estate - Boston is one of the top 10 markets in the country. We know it's competitive, and we want to help you to stand above your competition and we've tailored our services to keep up. Unlike many of our competitors, we allow you to book online, 24 hours a day. We can schedule the majority of our jobs with as little as 24 hours notice. Our photography is always available next-day free of charge, and same-day delivery is available.

Whatever type of home you're selling, we can suggest a marketing content package for you. Whether you're selling a hole-in-the-wall condo or a luxury vacation home, we'll help you put your best foot forward and get the most out of your marketing dollar.

We want your marketing content to meet and exceed your vision - if you aren't happy with your photos, our editors will do their best to get them looking right - and if they fail, we offer the only free reshoots in the industry, for up to 7 days after your initial photography session.

New England's Widest Coverage Area


Since we still can't make the houses come to us, we do a lot of driving! We try to incorporate travel into our base pricing, but as our coverage area has expanded, there are a few regions where we need to charge for the extended commute. Our travel fees are listed below.


Regional Travel Fees (will be applied after you book.)
Cape Cod (East of Mashpee) = $50
Cape Cod (North of Dennisport) = $80

There is a $100 surcharge for all listings in Vermont.

Employment Type

Local media and production company seeking a capable photographer for a temporary/seasonal position that could develop into a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with outstanding time-management skills. Must be comfortable working with our clients directly in a professional and courteous manner to achieve their desired vision. Must be punctual, and able to adapt appropriately to a highly variable Monday - Saturday schedule which involves travel.
Recent graduates encouraged to apply!

  • Employee must be able to travel by car up to 200 miles/day.
  • Employee must be able to walk customer’s property which may include varying terrain.
  • Employee must be able to carry up to 25-50 pounds of equipment.
  • Employee must have a smart phone.
  • Employee must have a clean driving record.
  • Background check required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Punctuality is more than expected, it is required.
  • Multiple daily appointments require impeccable time management & communication with the office.
  • All necessary equipment including company vehicle & camera will be provided once candidate is fully trained.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide variety of people & situations on a daily basis in an honest & trustworthy manner.
  • Responsible for staying up to date with any changes on the company calendar.
  • Good spatial reasoning and the ability to sketch dimensions of houses, condos & commercial spaces (will train if no experience.)
  • Ability to use a DSLR camera & understanding of photography basics.
  • Ability to relay unedited photos to primary office via Dropbox or other file sharing applications.
Desired Skills:
  • Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, highly self-motivated & resourceful.
  • Familiarity with DSLR cameras.
  • Knowledge of photo file formats.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Eagerness to learn a big plus.
  • Ability to work on a small team with other creative individuals a necessity.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate terminology a plus.
