The first
thing you’ll notice when you meet Mike Gregory is his
passion! He loves his work and puts all of his energy,
talent and experience into each project. Before founding
Glass House Media, Mike spent 16 years in the financial
services sector and acquired great expertise in both
program and project management. His understanding of the corporate
environment and its needs are great advantages to his
business clients. His experience in audio production and
the theater are added bonuses in concept production and
development.
Mike Gregory holds a BA in Government/International
Relations with a minor in Economics from the California
State University, Sacramento and a Master of Human
Resources and Organizational Development from the
University of San Francisco. He is a member of the
Roseville Chamber of Commerce,
Sacramento Professional Videographers Association and the
Wedding & Event Videographers Association.
Mike is married to his lovely wife, Elle, and has two
beautiful children, Sarah and Joshua. In addition to
spending time with his family, he enjoys scuba diving.

LEONARDO LEGORRETA, PhD., Senior Business Consultant |

IT
strategy, eCommerce, business management and strategic
marketing are just a few of the many interests and
talents of Leonardo Legorreta. Leo is the Senior
Business Consultant at Glass House Media and provides
integrated business consulting services as part of an
end-to-end video solutions strategy.
Dr. Legorreta is an Assistant Professor of MIS in the
College of Business Administration at the California
State University, Sacramento as well as a consultant to
many area hi-tech businesses. He holds a BS in
Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley
and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of
Oregon, a Juris Doctor in Business Law, a Master of
Business Administration (MBA), and was a Postdoctoral
Research Fellow in the area of Informational Systems at
the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business.
He has published articles in numerous technical and
business journals and is a member of AIS, INFORMS and
IEEE.
Born in Mexico City, Leo grew up in Southern California,
and went to high school in Guadalajara. He has traveled
extensively through Mexico, South America, the United
States, and Canada. He is married to Debbie, and his
daughter (Jacqueline) likes to go by the name of
"Kitty."

Todd
Schofield, senior web designer for Glass House Media,
keeps abreast of the constantly changing landscape of
web design, eCommerce, search engine optimization and
internet communications. Todd is the owner of Rocklin &
Roseville Today, the area’s most visited and most
visible on-line community newspaper and business
directory.
Todd has more than 20 years experience in the media
industry, including 10 years assisting Fortune 500,
small businesses and non-profit organizations develop
and implement web strategies. When not chained to
his computer, Todd and his wife, Sue, and their three
children enjoy traveling throughout Northern California.
